Not all cockroach problems are the same. American and Australian cockroaches typically come in from outside, especially in warmer months, and are managed well under a standard general pest treatment.

German cockroaches are a different story. They live and breed indoors — usually in kitchens and bathrooms — and multiply quickly. A German cockroach infestation is not covered under a general pest treatment. It requires a dedicated service using gel baiting and targeted products, generally across two visits.

Before a German cockroach treatment, we ask that you deep clean affected areas, empty cupboards and remove food sources from treated zones. This preparation is a key part of getting a good result. We'll explain everything clearly when you book.
