We'll give you an honest recommendation based on your property and conditions. We can also put you on our reminder schedule so it's one less thing to think about.
Yes. We use modern, low-toxicity products that are safe for families and pets once treated areas are dry. We'll give you clear instructions on the day based on exactly what was treated, so you always know what to do and when.
Australian Standards (AS 3660) recommend at least annual termite inspections. If your property is considered higher risk, close to bushland, with previous termite history or conditions that suit termite activity, more frequent inspections are a good idea. We'll let you know what we think is right after a look at your place, and we can keep you on a reminder schedule.
Our general pest treatment covers common household pests including cockroaches, ants, spiders and silverfish, inside and out, targeting entry points, breeding areas and harbourage zones. You'll receive a clear report of what was done. Keep in mind that active German cockroach infestations, persistent ant problems and non-web-spinning spiders like huntsmans are better suited to a separate targeted treatment.
For a general pest treatment you can usually stay home, we just ask that children and pets stay clear of treated areas until dry. We'll go through everything clearly on the day. For certain treatments we may ask you to vacate briefly, and we'll always let you know this in advance when you book.
